DUI suspect has bond reinstated
Bond has been reinstated for a Boomer man facing numerous charges related to a head-on collision last October. On Thursday, Superior Court Judge Gary Trawick placed Donald Jullian Ferko Jr., 46, of Boomer under a $ 5,000 secured bond and ordered him not to leave North Carolina.
