ok, so i know all drugs are bad etc etc. but hey ho, we’re all grown ups right? well i thought so until my unfortunate incident the other night and have decided i am in fact an infantile idiot.
anyways, a friend had some charlie and i didnt want to put it up my nose as in the past this has wrecked my sinuses, so they suggested to take it under the tongue. they said to rinse my mouth with baking soda first and the hit would be mega, due to the chemical reaction of the coke and baking soda, kinda crack vibe. (see what i mean about being infantile!).
long story short, after 6 lines, i was soooooo ill the next day and under my tongue around the frenulum it looks really badly burnt(?) i think thats what it is, or i have given myself mouth cancer overnight!
just wandering if this has happened to anyone else and if it took long to heal and if theres anything to worry about. i thought id grown out of this stuff 10yrs ago!
sometimes we have to learn the hard way!

You’ve probably just irritated the hell out of your tongue. The worst part is that mixing coke with baking soda gave you base, which is not soluble in water and is therefore not suitable for sublingual ingestion. For future reference, you have to vaporize (not burn – see crack pipe) the base.

Anyway, drink lots of water, practice good oral hygiene, and consult a physician if it gets worse or doesn’t improve. I believe I’ve had a similar problem and the pain lasted for a few days.
