Jack Cole and Peter Christ of LEAP, Eric Sterling of the Criminal Justice Policy Foundation, Harvard Economist Jeffrey Miron, and Ethan Nadelmann of the Drug Policy Alliance argue for decriminalization and/or legalization. Former high ranking DEA agent John Coleman of Drug Watch International, Dr. Robert DuPont of the Institute for Behavior and Health, Robert Weiner, former spokesman for ONDCP, and Joseph Califano, Jr. of CASA Columbia defend the status quo.
