it all depends on the person….and what a person thinks it takes to abuse it….a person may drink a bottle a day cuz his wife left him..so in this case it would be depression…and maybe some self releating issuses….and in telling…u first have to know the person…then see change for long periods of time…each drug has different side effects…in alc u get gout or cirruises…the skin will turn yellow and eyes….abdomanal pain…death….meth crack and herion are the most noticable ..which they should be they are the worst…treatment ..there is none….u have to try to live each day without something ur boby thinks it needs
