Coroner concerned with suicide rate
Tazewell County Coroner Dennis Conover recalls a 90-year-old man who a few years ago believed the state of Illinois was going to take his driver’s license because of a speeding ticket. The elderly man received a letter from the state saying he might have to take the driving test when he renewed his license because of the ticket.
