Domestic Violence – Civil vs. Criminal?

I have been dragged into court and have lost most of my custody of my children due to false allegations of domestic violence.

I was forced to undergo a “domestic violence assessment (anyone who has ever had to do this knows it is a freakin’ joke) and, of course, failed it on grounds that “when she ordered me to leave OUR home and he did not do so, he created a hostile atmosphere which could be considered abuse.”

Based on the biased opinion of an intern therapist, my children have been taken away from me and I am being forced to undergo various “therapies” for my “possible actions of domestic violence.”

I ask you, how can this kind of treatment take place in any court? There are no pictures, medical reports, police reports, witnesses or anything else even remotely resembling logical proof and yet I am apparently being prosecuted and persecuted in court for something I haven’t even done. My children have been taken away from me based on nothing but hearsay.

Meanwhile, my friend just finished jury duty in a case where the guy was being charged with domestic violence. In THAT case there was insufficient “proof” so the charges were dropped. He has his kids 50/50.

Can anyone tell me why I’m being treated this way in what is supposed to be the best court system on earth? The grief I have suffered from being victimized by what is obviously a corrupt court with an agenda is monolithic.
I should have known. I think this is going to be the last time I put a question on Y! Answers. The responses I get only further solidify my belief that we as people are ruined. Unbelievable!
