i wanna lose 20 pounds.. im using the billy banks videos and im eatin salads everyday. i wanna know has anyone ever tried “detox” diets and have any sucess?

you may very well need to try eating other stuff… salads are good and all but make sure you not missing any vitamins…

Whoops… 🙂 yes detox diets work wonders… they are designed to get rid of a high caffine and fat diet with as much ease as possible… for drugs and other types of detox, see a doctor please… i am an addictions counsellor and i cannot go into the ways to help you with a drug/medical detox in this amount of space… 🙂
