Does anyone know where I can find the ringtone from the movie “Crank” in a polyphonic or midi format?

Question by Tyler H: Does anyone know where I can find the ringtone from the movie “Crank” in a polyphonic or midi format?
I have a Motorola RAZR V3C phone and it can only accept polyphonic ringtones (NOT .mp3 format),

I have searched all over the place but the only file type I have found so far is MP3 🙁
