Question by Carolina: Does anyone know if you can have someone involuntarily committed to a rehab facility in North Carolina?
If someone is in need of help, they’re an alcoholic and disrupting their family’s lives in the home…if they’re not willing to go for help, do you know if they can be made to go legally?
