actually, this is the first time I might be able to say yes in 35 yrs. ASK your city housing dept for a referral within your city or county; I think you would be eligible for a BLOCK grant.

btw–I hope i am wrong but since drug users are doing something
they want to do, why do rehab centers exist? ONE pops the pill or
sticks the needle voluntarily. Why don’t they just not do it?

I have pondered this for 40 yrs.
