Does anyone have advice for a single mom with problematic teen?

I have a bipolar 15 yr. old daughter…she has been using drugs and alcohol and refusing to take her meds…I have her enrolled in drug treatment after I found out she was huffing Blow Off (electronics cleaner)…I have done everything in my power as a parent to help her…any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
