Do you think you should separate the staff from the substance abuse clients?

Question by It’s Easy: Do you think you should separate the staff from the substance abuse clients?
By separate I mean allowing the staff to wear a uniform and/or some sort of name tag in a residential substance abuse center. I know it seems as though separating the staff from the clients could make them feel uncomfortable to some extent by making them feel like their being babysat and not want to be there but I just cannot tell the difference from the staff and clients sometimes and think it would be more professional for us to wear a uniform and/or name tag.
