I have a friend that is obsessed with older men, and i’m not talking about 20’s and 30’s i mean like 40’s, late 40’s/50’s. She’s 14. My other friends and i try and communicate with her, and tellher that she can tell us anything, and people always tease her about her father molesting her, and the signs of sexual abuse are very clear. She’s very self concious, but acts like she’s not. She’s not confident, and is very uncomfortable around guys, but flirts alot. It’s complicated. She’s very very sensative and cries over anything you say to her. Her father is very controlling. Her dad makes her get her nails done the way HE wants them done, and makes her get her hair done every three weeks. When i’m over at her house, he calls her names and tells her really scary things like he wishes she would die and he’d enjoy seeing her suffer. But, he says he’s kidding..But you never know. I’ve seen other questions like this, but the answers other people give aren’t helping. I can’t justr go up to her and ask her “Hey, have you been sexually abused?”, there has to be another way to know. Has anyone ever had a problem with a friend like this? I’m very concerned about it, I’d love your help. 🙂
