DO YOU HAVE A SPRINT CELLPHNE? — What do you think?
Question by Mandingo: DO YOU HAVE A SPRINT CELLPHNE? — What do you think?
If you have a SPRINT cell phone, have you called *2 (customer care) lately? (The call is free). If you do, it’ll be the most maddning experience you’ll ever have:
– The average waiting time is now about an hour (I’m not exaggerating)
– You better not call about a problem, for it’ll probably not be resolved. (Even though you might get a promise like: “Don’t worry, it’ll be taken care of in 48 hours”).
– Etc. etc.
THE REASON FOR THIS SITUATION? Sprint is outsourcing its customer service in the Philippines. When it’s day time in the US, it’s night in the philippines — and the underpaid (and UNTRAINED) telemarketers are peacefully sleeping!
Oh, by the way, how much was your last phone bill?
P.S. I tried to quit, but sprint wants me to pay $ 200 for “breaking my contract”. What can I do? These guys “help” the government write the law to protect themselves.
