Question by Ivan: Do they drug test you right after you got sentenced probation?
I have court on the 1st of July. And I was wondering that if I didn’t commit drug-related crimes, would they drug test you right after you just got sentenced probation? It is my first offense, and my lawyer said that Im getting this program called ‘Pre-Trial Intervention’ which is basically probation for 1 year.
also the drug i used was marijuana

That’s something you’ll have to ask your lawyer. If you are using, please stop. You may not be addicted now, but you will be if you continue. There are so many things you can do with your life and you don’t need drugs to make life better. Good luck!
