No there is no testing before trial. However if you come in smelling of alcohol they will give you a breathalyzer and rearrest you for public intoxication if they see it necessary

Nah, they’ll do it after you meet up with your probation officer if you have one. But still why risk it and drink before your court date? And they test for alcohol, meth, opiates, cocaine, stuff like that
