Do some women routinely use the emotion of “hate” to their benefit?

Question by TS: Do some women routinely use the emotion of “hate” to their benefit?
I’ve known this woman who had a bad habit(s). She used “hate” to her advantage to overcome her addiction. Ex. She use to smoke cigarettes for a number of years. She had to literally hate them. She hated the smell and people who smoked them, to beat the addiction. She has been smoke free for 15 years now. So I’m wondering do women routinely do this to men to help them get over a bad relationship. Ex. I think women (in general) HATE losing, more than they love winning. So do women routinely try to make a man a loser so they can hate him, and thus for make it easier to get over him? In short, is “hate” used as a coping mechanism to try and heal the pains from love?

Why are so many women bitter, hostile, and hateful towards the guy at the end of a relationship? (Unless she’s compensated for it to ease the pain/hurt)
