Do I have any chance of a life now?

I’m 15 and have had a really hard life. I was born with HLHS (hypoplastic left heart syndrome).
When I was 11, I lost control of my anger and stabbed my brother in the heart with a kitchen knife. He survived but I was sentenced to 6 months in a detention centre. Life got even worse from then on. When I started high school, I got bullied all the time for being emo and psycho. I fell into the wrong group and started taking crystal meth and ecstacy. I started smoking weed and getting into fights all the time. I was addmitted to rehab and spent a month there. The following year I had a heart transplant….
To put long story short(er), I have a criminal record of attempted murder, shoplifting and taking illegal drugs. I’m a hateful person and I always try to kill myself and whats the point in living when I’m going to be dead soon anyway?
Can I get a job? Can I apply for university? Can I get a visa and go overseas? What can I do with my life now???
