I haven’t got a clue where to find information like that.
But I’ll hazard a guess: No.
Docs in countries with socialized medicine do not work nearly as hard as doctors in America. Sure, they don’t make as much money, but the number patients they have to see in a day is lower, because health care is rationed. Furthermore, they cannot be sued for malpractice, which takes a lot of the pressure off of them.
On the other hand, I could be wrong. And if so, I suppose it would be because they cannot fight a system which mandates that sick people will not be treated as urgently or aggressively as they need to be. For a doctor with a conscience, and a deep desire to help patients, it would be stressful to see patients that probably have cancer, but won’t be able to have the tests that confirm it for four months, and to be in countless other similar situations.
