Question by The Fightins’: Do baseball fans believe what David Ortiz said about the “positive” results of his drug test?
Something about “over the counter” stuff. Either he’s full of it or just plain stupid. Anyone in his position should have known better. What’s your take on this?

It was still on the banned substance list so it really doesn’t matter. There are lists of banned substances and have been for many many years. Players are warned to not take supplements without first getting it OK’ed. Mark McGwire took Andro but that wasn’t banned when he was taking it. Mark took other stuff too but I’m just referring to what he actually admitted to.
