Do all drug rehab places cost a lot of money? The ones I have found for my family member cost about 125 a day

We live in the Houston area if anyone knows of a cheaper one. We just confirmed yesterday she is shooting up drugs and we want to put her somewhere and don’t have a clue of where to begin.
