Question by Docker: Dept. of Veteran Affairs, What can they do to help with Alcoholism?
Will they just pass out medications and steer you to a AA meeting or can they admit you for like 30 days for treatment? Any help or suggestions would really help.

Go to the VA hosp near you and ask them..
If you are already enrolled in the VA system & have a primary health care provider (Doctor) then he will help you if you need to get admitted to a program.
