Dallas police officer arrested for domestic violence
DALLAS — A Dallas police officer already facing a charge of driving while intoxicated is now accused of assaulting her 18-year-old daughter in another apparently alcohol-related incident. Senior Cpl. Alma Fowler, 51, faces a Class C misdemeanor, which is punishable by a fine. Fowler spent the night in the Dallas County jail before her release Monday morning.
