my dad is on drugs and has been since i wass born, I’m now 13. and he abuses me; both physically and emotionally; and i get to points where i will break down in tears when i hear the name Jeff (that’s his name) the past year has been the worst with him because i know what is going on, and that he has been to Rehab 3 times, but for a day or 2 all 3 times. and that he has been smoking since he was 14-15. he always yells at me, and this summer he even called me a b****, w****, jack a**, a** hole,m***** f*****, and more!!! I wrote him a letter during spring break telling him how much i want him to go to get help and stay sober, and how i want to go to an intervention, but he just ignored that… in the letter i also put how i was upset that i never got a birthday present that he gave my sisters clothes, thats the only thing that he cared about!! so i need major advice on what to do!!!
i have tried to get into counseling but his side of they family won’t agree to it! and please serious answers, and nice!

My mom and i have a very close bond and we always tell each other everything, and she is pregnant and my dad is gonna freak out, and start saying mean stuff and thats gonna be horrible!!
@ Destiny, i do live with my mom but i have to visit him on major school breaks and he has the right to see me, and my mom could go to jail if i don’t go. but when i turn 14 i can go to court and the judge can decide if i can stay with my mom and stop going to ‘Jeff’s’
