Crack cocaine addiction is ruining the life of my close friend.?

Crack cocaine addiction is ruining the life of my close friend. I am almost helpless trying to help him overcome his addiction.

What should I do in this problem? I live in Albion, Pennsylvania.

Any info you can give to help would be greatly appreciated.
