Shad Pitts, 25, of Spring Creek was sentenced by Elko Justice of the Peace Al Kacin to serve 10 days in Elko County Jail with credit for three hours served, to complete and pay for a victim impact panel, to enroll in counseling, to abstain from alcohol and drugs for one year and to pay fees and fines of 2 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence with one prior conviction.
