Council to hold special meeting July 21 to discuss group homes
The Elk Grove City Council will hold a special meeting on July 21 to consider forming an ad-hoc committee to discuss group homes. At last week’s city council meeting, angry residents spoke out against a Cheer Court group home operated by Mathiot Group Homes.
