County cuts take toll on juvenile offenders
Spending cuts and layoffs aren’t for adults only. Stark County’s troubled youth will be affected, too. Starting as soon as today, Stark County Family Court judges will begin sending fewer juvenile offenders to the Multi-County Juvenile Attention System. And many of the youth now serving a sentence in Stark County will be moved elsewhere.
