Could you tell if someone is using meth?

Question by Wow: Could you tell if someone is using meth?
Are meth users good at hiding their use? Or is it obvious when someone is using it? Also if someone admits to injecting meth twice in one week and then *promises* they aren’t addicted and wont do it again, how likely are they are telling the truth?
