Monty, all your items are very interesting. What about motorists who cross through business parking lots to avoid red lights? I see this often with cars driving down Shasta to California streets. The signal at this location seems long, so many cars shortcut through CALWORKS’ parking lot to get to California Street to avoid the red light at Shasta and California.
