Conditional discharge for cannabis smoker
Terry Garraghan, 18, of Portobello Court, Notting Hill, was given a one year conditional discharge after being charged with possession of cannabis. He was stopped by police in Elgin Crescent two weeks ago, with a small amount of cannabis on him, which was said to be for personal use only.
