Urban Recovery House, a pricey drug treatment facility planned for Red Hook, was approved by Community Board 6 Wednesday night. The board voted 24 to 9 in favor of the rehabilitation center, which will cost as much as $ 50,000 for a 28-day stay. Read more on The Real Deal Magazine (blog)
