CNCAA to hold seminar on gang awareness
The Central Nebraska Council on Alcoholism and Addictions, in collaboration with Grand Island police Sgt. Jim Duering, will host a one-day training seminar on “Gang Awareness and Understanding” from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday at the Evangelical Free Church, 2609 S. Blaine.
