Clonodine for addiction?

Question by so_fresh: Clonodine for addiction?
Have you used the blood-pressure drug Clonodine for anxiety or opiate addiction? My Dr. gave me some, but it seems so weird- is it just so I can sleep through withdrawls? It does make me really sleepy… Anyway, I just wanna know if anyone out there has used it for either of those 2 things.
