children want no contact with dad, no even in direct contact?

Question by johnnybgoodm8: children want no contact with dad, no even in direct contact?
The children dad is taking my g/f to court tomorrow and wants contact through a contact centre, the children aged 13 and 9 do not want anything to do with him, he has not seen them for over 4 years and has a history of drug abuse, carrying knives, battery to an ex of his and theft, he has just came out of court as he brought £875 worth of drugs 2 days after the first hearing. The caffcass report is asking for indirect contact only. The dad has hit the 9 yr old b4 bruising her, the kids are very worried that the judge is going to force them to see him, and my g/f has just about had enough of him ruining the kids lives and hers.
Any professionals out there for some good advise as to what the likely hood the outcome will be and whether my g/f will have to go back to court again.

You need to find a way to pay for a lawyer. Or write all of this down and deliver it to a judge.
If he had hit the girl, wasn’t he ever prosecuted for that?! If so, then there should be no problem.
