Chandler mall shooting suspect has a record
The man blamed for two police shootings in Chandler on Wednesday taunted officers as he ran shirtless across a six-lane road before taking three hostages in a Baja Fresh restaurant, police records say.

Two arrested after taking stolen car to auto wrecking company
Robert Benjamin Howard, 28, 462 McCarty Road, Statham, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property, while his passenger, Jason Chad Kitchens, 37, 1677 Hwy. 82, Winder, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
