CAPStone, CASA coming together for second Light of Hope event
Two programs decided to help and give hope to abused children will partner together for an annual fundraiser and awareness event. CAPStone and CASA of Scotts Bluff County will host the second annual Light of Hope Sept. 18 at the Scotts Bluff Country Club.
