Question by pioneer19560: can’t get into profiles and can’t get to web sites by clicking on links.?
can’t check other peoples profiles or my own. also can’t get to any web sites by clicking on links, as in yahoo “help”, “report abuse” and the new link to get into chat rooms. I’ve tried downloading the new yahoo and older versions but nothing as fixed the problem.

It might be a long shot, but I was having a similar problem – couldn’t access groups, mail or any other Yahoo services, and also could not sign out. I temporarily disabled my firewall and was able to access everything. I then reactivated my firewall and everything worked perfectly. Good luck.
