Can you help me im going through something serious!?
Question by : Can you help me im going through something serious!?
okay my sister had her kids taken away from her twice .This is the second time . the cps worker says”they are gonna termite her parental rights to the children” Im the only one that they can go to ! Here’s the problem with that , i don’t have a three bed room house , i dont have money to go to a three bedroom house , just signed a lease to my apartments (they only have one and two bedrooms here) . i dont think my nephew would be happy here . im afarid he would tell cps something bad about me or if i do something wrong because hes that way he is in a way a little black maler (hes 13 teen so he knows how to work people . i feel so so bad in my heart all i do is cry . the cps worker told my sister that she has to do good for herself (which she isn’t doing) . at this point she dosent deserve her kids to say the least.the cps worker also stated that i dont have a three bed room home i cant have them so it wouldnt of worked out any way right. i m also afraid that if i do get costody of them my sister will think its alright to continue to do what shes doing which is meth , and that she will think that any time she can come see the kids and that she will never improve becasue i have them . so my quetion here is should i feel bad for letting this go because i do ? should i just live my life? i cant take this pressure anymore . please someone give me an nice honest answer please god bless you all (also the rest of my family my mom my other sister are on drugs too im the only one thats not )

How many kids are there? Here in Oregon you cannot have more than 2 people per room. So if it’s 2 kids they could stay in there won room or if its 3 one in your room and 2 in another. This only works if its 3 kids unless you have a hideaway bed for your self and have a 2 bedroom and the kids get the rooms and you have a couch bed.
That is all I can think of if you really want to keep the kids with family.
