i mean, if 20 years go by, and you where a meth addict, after 20 years will you still crave it.

IMO, Once an addict always an addict. It will be a struggle for the rest of your life. I know someone who was clean for 26 years and relapsed(heroin). They are now clean again and goes to therapy. I wish you the best of luck!
