Question by jesus: CAN MY FELON BROTHER BE PUT IN JAIL OR REHAB FROM INTERVENTION?
my family wants an intervention w/brother for drug use but he is ex felon-can he be arrested or forced to rehab?
He was in prison before for drugs, is now using again. family want to intervene. can we force him into a rehab? can he be sent back to jail if we do? he is not on probation any longer. they want to get a professional intervener, will that get him in trouble?

No, he will not get in any trouble at all and cannot get in any trouble. It will help him out even though he may not think it at first.
