Question by Landlord 91335: Can I sue my probation officer for lying and abuse of power?
My probation officer said tome and to my drug treatment program director that I did not have to keep testing at her facility because it was 60 miles from the program I am in.She said she was transfering me to a closer office and that the new office would contact me. She never transfered my case and violated me for refusing to test-(not showing up to test) after telling me and my program director I was not required to as a transfer had been ordered. Can I sue her or the county?

You can try…I would file a Complaint against her…she MISLEAD you..and MISINFORMED you…to me she “SET YOU UP”….file a complaint ..good luck
