Question by Michelle: Can I press charges if my brother threatens to destroy my car and break in my home.?
My brother is 19 and hooked on alcohol and pills. We did an intervention on him and he refuses help. In return he cursed us all out and says he get his pills anyway he can. He also threaten to break in my home and vandalize my car. I am a single mother of toddler and I am scared to be at home. He has been violent to other but not me. The drugs have taken over and he got in my face last night like he was gonna hit me ( but he didn’t). What can I do?

make police reports, the police will advise you in what you need to do
