Question by Tom F: Can I legally break my apartment lease due to multiple meth lab busts in my building?
During the past 3 months or so there have been two meth lab busts in the same building I reside in. I am in no need to stay here with this kind of activity going on. Is this grounds for early termination of my lease?

Not strictly, but I doubt you’d find a judge who would enforce your lease if teh landlord pressed it.
