Can I Get Suspended For Petitioning Against A Presentation & Writing An Open Letter Demanding An Apology?

Question by Macky: Can I Get Suspended For Petitioning Against A Presentation & Writing An Open Letter Demanding An Apology?
Last week my school had a presentation at school that was about drug addiction. The people that came in ran a rehab center called Teen Challenge and everything they said was full of religious propaganda (Catholicism) and incorrect stats/facts. I’ve written an open letter to the administration at my school (high school) telling them why I was offended in 3 ways and why these people should not have been allowed to come to our school. I am also getting the signatures of 50 students who agree with me and I will hand deliver this to my principle.
Now, my school is kind of stupid so I’m sure they’ll try and suspend me for something. I need to know if I’m eligible of being suspended because of this? And if you could even link me to a government site offering advice or whatever about my rights as a student in relation to this that’d be great.
I live in Ontario, Canada so please don’t provide American or other irrelevant sources. Thanks.
