Question by mrjess: Can anyone suggest a good gift item for someone who’s trying to quit drinking?
I have a friend in his 50s who is trying very hard to kick the habit of drinking too much. He’s gone through terrible depression recently. And he’s trying all he can to pick himself up and start anew. I want to get him a nice gift for the holidays to show my encouragement and support. And I want it to be something meaningful and helpful! BTW, he’s already going through counseling and treatment, so if you could suggest something other than these (like a nice gift item), it’d be greatly appreciated!

how bout a lamp made from a whiskey bottle, so if he cant drink it at least he can see it.
