If I apply for a job can the employer look into my past to see if i was in drug rehabilitation?

If your rehabilitation was official, then yes. Also, you should mention it on any forms as if comes up while you are working, it can cause many problems and you could be let go. However, if you are clean and honest the often an employer will understand.
