Can a possesion of crack-cocaine in the fifth degree, a class d felony be mitigated to a disorderly conduct?

Can I recieve a ACD disorderly conduct violation, 240.20 having to do with creating a violent atmosphere or fight or whatever else that part of disorderly conduct stands for in satisfaction of possesion of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, that controlled substance being crack-cocaine?
