If a person becomes adicted to meth or abuses meth, and only feels sexual or arroused if they are on meth, is that considred a fetish? And would a person find it beneficial to receive counceling reguarding the adiction as well as fetsh therapy?

A sexual fixation or obsession with a usually non-sexual object. EX. socks, horses, monkeys, pain, bondage.Having an extreme fixation, usually sexually satisfying on something.
