Question by meinohio: can a company with a mandatory rehabilitation program dmote u for a pos. drug screen with compliance????
got demoted from supervisor due to a pos. drug screen, first person to do so in the entire corporation no quanity of levels has been recived nor the report of my mandatory case manager .my company says their attornys said that they could do that just with a possitive result doesnt that create a discrimination issue????
